With more than two decades of experience, chef Jen’s spirited dedication to her craft embodies a food philosophy that respects the need for a wholesome, sustainable food economy and the understanding that great food can transform your quality of life.

Having trained under some of the finest chefs in Toronto, Montréal and New York City, she brings strong technique and foundation to all of her cooking. When she began as an apprentice at Rain Restaurant in Toronto, she had no idea that her enthusiasm and curiosity would take her to New York City where she would work at Compass, NYC Zagat’s “Best New Restaurant of 2003.” From there, she expanded her skills at two of Montréal’s hot-spots, Ristorante Cavalli and Bice. More recently, chef Jen served as sous-chef at Patria Restaurant and as the first (!) chef de cuisine at Byblos, both in Toronto.

In 2009, Jen became the personal chef for MMA legend Georges St-Pierre, accompanying him and his team of coaches to seven title defences. In collaboration with Dr. John Berardi, the co-founder of Precision Nutrition, Jen carved a niche for herself making fine cuisine with health and individualized performance goals at its core. She eventually partnered with Precision Nutrition to provide culinary support to members of the 2017 Toronto Maple Leafs and 2017 US Open Champion Sloane Stephens.

Chef Jen is dedicated to delivering a quality human experience through great food. She is driven by progressive and sustainable ideas, foregrounding fresh, local products in all her recipes, while working towards a low- and no-waste food economy. Whether it’s one of her signature private dining experiences or an individualized, performance-focused meal program, her food blends wholesomeness and warm hospitality with phenomenal flavours.
